Our 2021 project is complete. These Artist designed/ painted book benches, which celebrate the many great writers from the Sauk Centre area and around Minnesota, have been placed in Sauk Centre.
The benches were made possible with a grant from the Sauk Centre Area Community Foundation.
The benches were purchased from Chicago Fiberglass Works. Artists had to submit a detailed proposal. Six were selected out of twenty amazing submissions. Benches were painted at the 510 Art Lab. Benches are located throughout Sauk Centre.
We would like to thank everyone for their continued support of the Sauk Centre Area Community Foundation and Artify Sauk Centre as we continue to work on public art projects.
